What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request.

How do I book a stay?

You can reserve directly through our contact form, by phone, or by WhatsApp. A deposit confirms your reservation.

Are day passes available daily?

Day passes are offered Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to capacity. Booking ahead is recommended.

Can I rent a cabin by the hour?

Yes. Hourly cabin rentals are available in 3-hour blocks throughout the day for couples and short escapes.

Can I host a private event at The Hideaway?

Absolutely. The pool deck and outdoor lounge can be reserved for showers, small weddings, corporate gatherings, and more.

Is parking available?

Yes — complimentary on-site parking is available for all overnight and day guests.

Do you accommodate group bookings?

We can block multiple cabins for group bookings, family reunions, and bridal parties. Contact us for group rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the first-night deposit is non-refundable.
